About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at a fast-growing, Series B company. This role focuses on providing critical insights to guide decision-making and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- →Own monthly budget versus actual review processes across departments
- →Partner with department leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics
- →Provide financial support and analysis for key company initiatives
- →Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- →Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and reporting processes
- →Collaborate with accounting during month-end close
- →Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor performance
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- ✓2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- ✓Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- ✓High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
