About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities. This role focuses on providing premium services to our high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
- →Promote company products and services to high-value clients
- →Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
- →Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
- →Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
- →Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- →Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- ✓English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- ✓Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- ✓Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development
- ✓Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients
