About the Role
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing treasury operations for the North American region, ensuring strong cash flow, effective investment strategies, and sound financial risk management. This role drives optimal use of financial resources, supports strategic planning, and leads a team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor daily liquidity, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient working capital.
- →Develop strategies for excess cash and evaluate investment options to maximize returns.
- →Identify and mitigate risks tied to market conditions, interest rates, and currency fluctuations.
- →Manage partnerships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking policies.
- →Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain strong net working capital performance.
- →Partner with departments on budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with corporate financial goals.
- →Manage and mentor treasury/finance staff to drive performance and development.
