About the Role
We are looking for a Content Creator Manager to join Quizlet's Growth & Media Team. In this role, you will lead a team of content creators while also creating content yourself. You will be responsible for developing content strategy across various platforms including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead content strategy for all of Quizlet across multiple platforms
- →Manage a team of part-time creators through group meetings and one-on-one sessions
- →Conduct weekly detailed analysis of content performance at various levels
- →Recruit, hire, develop, and retain creator talent
- →Collaborate with management teams to refine and develop overarching content strategy
