About the Role
We are looking for a founding member of the Canadian-based SDR team to build Ramp’s presence in the Canadian market. This role involves acting as the initial point of contact and hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- →Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
- →Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
- →Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list
- →Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓Must be based in Ontario and within the Greater Toronto Area
- ✓Expectation of at least three days per week in Toronto office space
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- ✓High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- ✓Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
- ✓Deep interest in understanding business challenges
- ✓Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
