About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join RapidAI, a leader in deep clinical AI. This role will serve as the vital link between cutting-edge technology and hospital teams worldwide, driving the entire project lifecycle from initial site kickoffs to successful software implementations that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

→Schedule and conduct project kickoff and update calls with hospitals
→Act as primary liaison between hospitals and RAPID to ensure successful product implementation
→Track, document, and organize site information for commercial and research implementations
→Perform base level troubleshooting and support, including ensuring test scans process appropriately
→Configure base protocols on scanners with site collaboration
→Coach and prepare sites for successful go-lives
→Coordinate training and follow-ups for customers
→Manage customer relationships and provide excellent responsiveness
→Conduct regular reviews with customers to evaluate utilization and performance
→Work with accounts to identify opportunities for upsell, growth, and expansion
→Communicate new product information and educational opportunities

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
✓At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare or health-tech
✓Extensive experience working directly with or for hospitals and healthcare IT departments
✓Strong background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT
✓Proven ability to lead site kickoffs, track and organize site information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
✓Experience coordinating server deployments and technical onboarding
✓Proficiency in streamlining complex HL7/PACS integrations and multi-node DICOM protocols
✓Highly effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical users
✓Independent, self-motivated, and willing to work occasional odd hours to meet hospital deployment needs
