About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding to join our Customer Onboarding Team at Recorded Future. This role focuses on delivering quick time-to-value solutions to customer security teams and ensuring successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consult with clients on Recorded Future’s onboarding best practices
- →Set up customer environments across Recorded Future Portal, API, and other product sets
- →Define outcomes-based onboarding plans for new clients
- →Drive clients’ utilization of Recorded Future and integrations
- →Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and risks
- →Speak prescriptively about best-practice onboarding
- →Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff
- →Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- →Conduct new user advance training
Requirements
- ✓BS degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- ✓Cyber/Information Security Fundamentals
- ✓Security+ certification (strongly recommended)
- ✓PMP certification (recommended)
- ✓Certified Analyst Lab (required within 6 months)
- ✓2-5 years of work experience in Cyber/Information Security
- ✓Product Implementation, SaaS, and Customer Success experience
- ✓Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to predict challenges and proactively address obstacles
- ✓Fluency in Japanese is required
