About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee order processing and customer relationship management. This role involves managing the entire order lifecycle from creation to dispatch and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Capture and process order data from Finished Goods customers through SAP
- →Manage and resolve post-invoice discrepancies such as damages and shortages
- →Ensure orders are dispatched On Time and In Full (OTIF) via 3PL provider
- →Identify and implement process efficiencies throughout the order delivery process
- →Manage the day-to-day running of the customer services desk
- →Handle logistical queries in a timely and professional manner
- →Manage specific customer accounts and their day-to-day order requirements
- →Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- →Manage out of stocks (OOS) at an order line level
- →Represent the customer service team within the business
- →Build relationships with key Sales & Finance stakeholders
- →Support the preparation of 3PL reviews
- →Partner with Finance, Sales & Headquarters stakeholders for month-end close procedures
- →Provide general administration and support to cover for team members
- →Streamline and create effective department and business processes
- →Complete system health checks on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SAP and order management systems
- ✓Strong background in customer service and logistics
- ✓Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of 3PL operations and processes
- ✓Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
