We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring operational objectives are met and sales targets are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and develop a highly capable team
- →Build a platform for high potential candidates to develop
- →Manage operating processes and expenses to deliver targeted profitability
- →Develop and evaluate branch distribution plans and sales forecasts
- →Evaluate market conditions and competitive threats
- →Develop KPI priorities, strategies, and goals for the branch
- →Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure attainment of volume plan and profit objectives
- →Act as a major contributor and leader among peers
- →Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace
- →Ensure the Branch Team adheres to Company standards and operating procedures
