About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on mapping key stakeholders and structures of global Tier 1 accounts and their main franchise groups.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships and form global partnership agreements
- →Negotiate programs that boost Red Bull’s distribution and sales
- →Manage customer P&Ls and ensure consistent investment strategies
- →Track performance to close potential gaps
- →Create best-in-class cases to strengthen our global strategy
Requirements
- ✓Leverage your network to connect key customer stakeholders with their Red Bull counterparts
- ✓Support top markets in forming new local partnership agreements with Tier 1 target accounts
- ✓Align with the global segment strategy
- ✓Share best-in-class examples on how to win with these accounts
- ✓Lead by example, showcasing the strategic importance of QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro partners
- ✓Collaboration
- ✓Work closely with Global Finance to align and develop customer P&Ls
- ✓Collaborate with Global Legal on NDAs, contracts, and other key legal topics
- ✓Partner with Regional and Local Red Bull teams to deliver partnership programs with excellence
- ✓Work alongside Global and Local Business Applications teams to track, monitor, and report business development progress
