About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Red Bull's team. This role focuses on managing and developing local key accounts, executing distribution strategies, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute distribution of priority packages in accordance with Channel Strategy recommendations
- →Ensure schematics for assigned key accounts reflect Red Bull standards for product flow and package mix
- →Sell Red Bull’s Optimum Price program by applying best practices and using available tools
- →Develop annual promotion schedules aligned with Business Unit and Channel Strategy objectives
- →Persuasively sell Red Bull merchandising standards, distribution recommendations, and price points
- →Customize sales pitches to achieve account objectives while driving effective merchandising solutions
- →Evaluate return on investment before recommending specific POS materials or customized solutions
- →Execute merchandising activities in line with Channel Strategy guidelines
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in key account management
- ✓Strong understanding of distribution and merchandising strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to analyze business performance and ROI
- ✓Experience with POS materials and promotional activities
- ✓Knowledge of Red Bull products and market dynamics
