About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join Trase Systems, an AI-focused company specializing in end-to-end AI deployment and management solutions. This role requires a deeply technical expert who can drive our core AI platform development and mission-critical agentic applications, ensuring timely and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive strategic cross-functional planning and develop integrated program plans
→Establish and lead regular program-level meetings with product and engineering leadership
→Implement lightweight, high-impact processes to increase developer velocity
→Proactively identify technical risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
→Streamline the release process with DevOps and Engineering
→Serve as the primary source of truth for program status, translating technical details for stakeholders
→Use data and metrics to analyze engineering performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
✓8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or software development
✓2+ years of experience as an agilest or change agent in a B2B SaaS environment
✓Deep technical fluency with AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or complex enterprise software
✓Expert-level experience in agile practices and project management
✓Direct experience with modern PM tools like Linear
✓Strong metrics and reporting skills, including dashboard creation and executive-level reporting
✓Capacity planning and forecasting abilities
✓Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
✓Adaptability and a strong bias for action in a fast-paced environment
