About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Reducto, an AI company that helps enterprises ingest real-world data with state-of-the-art accuracy. As our founding Customer Success hire, you'll build our customer success function from the ground up while managing a portfolio of high-value customers to drive logo retention and NRR.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers from implementation through expansion
- →Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- →Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
- →Create and execute customer success playbooks for different customer segments
- →Build our customer success function from the ground up
- →Establish processes for onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement
- →Create scalable customer enablement content and documentation
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients in consulting
- ✓Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or developer tools
- ✓Technical background or strong interest in AI/ML
- ✓Ability to dive deep with technical teams while maintaining a strategic view of business objectives
- ✓Strong communication skills to engage with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders
