About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join Relay, a digital banking platform for self-made business owners. This role will strengthen and scale our operational foundation, ensuring systems are organized, data is accurate, and processes are clear. You will play a key role in enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and continuously improve HRIS, People team tooling, and ticketing systems
- →Maintain a clean and structured Google Drive and documentation ecosystem
- →Identify workflow inefficiencies and redesign processes to reduce friction
- →Maintain high-quality employee data and ensure integrity across systems
- →Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on key People metrics
- →Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency
- →Contribute to coordination and communication of onboarding processes
- →Manage employee changes, associated documentation, and workflows
- →Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee questions
- →Coordinate and operationalize key People programs
- →Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting for board materials
- →Provide structured coordination and operational support to the People leadership team
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in People Operations
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy
- ✓Comfortable working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
- ✓Proactively identify inefficiencies and take ownership of improving systems
- ✓Confident in managing multiple streams of work while maintaining precision
