About the Role
We are looking for a Program Integration Engineer to join our team at Reliable Robotics. This role involves leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional engineering programs for our uncrewed aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate integrated planning and tactical execution for cross-functional technical programs
- →Lead structured management of risks, trades, dependencies, and key technical decisions
- →Develop and analyze tracking tools: schedules, dashboards, risk registers, and trade logs
- →Facilitate clear communication with internal leadership and external stakeholders
- →Represent program status, risks, and upcoming decisions to executives and partner teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or related technical discipline
- ✓5+ years of experience leading complex engineering programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics
- ✓Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand cross-discipline technical challenges
- ✓Demonstrated success driving clarity, focus, and execution across multi-functional teams
- ✓Prior hands-on engineering experience in systems, software, electrical, or flight test roles
