About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our APAC Sales team at Remote. This is an exciting opportunity to drive net new business and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s global HR platform to meet their employment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet and exceed sales quota
- →Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- →Identify new business opportunities and push through the sales motion and cycle
- →Presentation to prospective and existing customers on Remote’s suite of services
- →Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion
- →Self-generate leads by contacting prospective customers
- →Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- →Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high velocity opportunities
- →Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
- ✓Experience selling into Australia/ New Zealand is essential
- ✓Ability to confidently make calls to build pipeline
- ✓Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- ✓Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- ✓Strong knowledge of sales processes
- ✓Strong knowledge and abilities in using full tech stack (Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc)
- ✓Previous sales hunting experience, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
- ✓In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Business fluency in English is essential
