About the Role
We are looking for an Onsite Inside Sales professional to join our Homeowner Relationship Center team at Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity. This role focuses on building relationships with previous customers and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers and identifying potential new business
- →Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base
- →Make outbound calls to highly qualified leads
- →Manage previous customer base using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities
- →Build relationships with customers to keep our company at the forefront of their minds for remodeling projects
- →Handle service inquiries with previous remodeling projects
Requirements
- ✓Awareness and interest in the home remodeling industry or experience with homeowners
- ✓Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
- ✓Must have scheduling availability Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- ✓1 to 3 years of phone sales, upselling, or rehash experience preferred
- ✓Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
- ✓Familiarity with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 preferred but not required
