About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join ALSO, an electric mobility company focused on creating innovative, small EVs. This role will own and grow our social presence across platforms, sitting at the intersection of strategy, content, community, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and own platform-specific strategies, with an initial focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- →Manage publishing cadence and content calendars across all social platforms.
- →Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions daily, responding in ALSO’s brand voice.
- →Partner with the Influencer Manager to support influencer, ambassador, and creator initiatives.
- →Define and track KPIs across growth, engagement, reach, and conversion.
- →Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Local Marketing, and Comms teams to align social with campaigns and launches.
Requirements
- ✓4–7 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
- ✓Deep hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- ✓Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, trends, and platform best practices.
- ✓Experience working alongside influencer or creator programs.
- ✓Comfort balancing creative instincts with performance metrics and data.
- ✓Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ✓A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
