About the Role

We are looking for an Interactive Music Design Manager to join Riot Games in Singapore. This role focuses on developing and overseeing interactive music production and in-game implementation across Riot's products and features. You will work at the intersection of music, audio systems, and gameplay, partnering with various teams to ensure music is optimized for real-time player experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Translate gameplay goals and creative vision into clear interactive music briefs
→Be responsible for end-to-end interactive music production for game cosmetic products across League of Legends & Teamfight Tactics
→Own and oversee game music delivery across the team, including asset creation, implementation, and validation
→Partner with game teams to define interactive music system behavior
→Supervise interactive music implementation using middleware or game engines
→Guide external composers and vendors on interactive music design best practices
→Validate music content against performance and platform constraints
→Foster collaboration across internal and external contributors
→Manage outsourced music production and external composers
→Guide creative execution and iteration with external composers
→Balance quality, scope, time, and budget within production constraints

Requirements

✓5+ years of professional experience composing and implementing music for shipped video games
✓Ability to translate creative vision into clear interactive music design briefs
✓Demonstrated ability to uphold creative and technical quality without serving as a primary composer
✓Experience managing outsourced music production
✓Sound judgment in assessing composers or music vendors
✓Working knowledge of interactive music systems and middleware
✓Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Audio, Design, Product and Engineering teams
✓Strong understanding of music production workflows and delivery pipelines
✓Ability to balance quality, scope, time, and budget within constraints
✓Experience validating production milestones and facilitating invoices
✓Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
