About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcer to join the Technical Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting efforts to hire top Infrastructure Engineering talent and involves collaborating with leaders across various teams to identify and engage world-class candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support
- →Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels
- →Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps
- →Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization
- →Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on technical or engineering roles
- ✓Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles or ability to ramp quickly in a new technical domain
- ✓Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates
- ✓Strong collaboration skills and clear communication style
- ✓Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
