About the Role
We are looking for a Water & Power Sales Leader to drive Rotork’s growth in the MEA region. This role leads major Water & Power opportunities from pre-FEED through inquiry, converting prospects into commercial wins through collaboration with Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead major Water & Power opportunities from pre-FEED through inquiry
- →Convert early-stage prospects into commercial wins
- →Ensure initiatives align with sector priorities and contribute to Rotork’s long-term vision
- →Deliver country sales targets, forecasting, and key KPIs
- →Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, OEMs, operators, and regulators
- →Develop and direct sector sales leaders
- →Manage budgeting, growth planning, and QPR submissions
- →Ensure strong market impact across the region
Requirements
- ✓Sales experience within Valve industry
- ✓Experience in handling large scale water projects
- ✓Relevant engineering or technical background
- ✓Experience in leading commercial performance
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed business
- ✓Ability to thrive in a changing business, embracing ambiguity and solving complex problems
- ✓Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure
- ✓Excellent communication skills engaging with all levels of the business
