About the Role
The Visa Direct team is seeking an Account Manager for FXB to develop and execute functional strategies for their portfolio of clients. This role is accountable for ensuring the team meets or exceeds financial and scorecard goals, reporting into the Head of Account Management for FXB in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive business growth for Visa’s FXB business, targeting up to 50% annual growth over the next 3-5+ years
- →Originate and deliver on an aggressive sales target for Visa Money Movement capabilities
- →Create and nurture a wide network of stakeholders across key players in the region
- →Leverage internal and external relationships to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities
- →Define best product propositions based on deep client knowledge and create implementation roadmaps
- →Work with finance business partners to structure high-value, complex commercial deals
- →Align with Compliance and Risk to enable swift client onboarding
- →Execute signed deals to bring revenue in line with the business plan
- →Manage clients operationally and grow net revenue through upselling and identifying new business opportunities
- →Optimize customer performance by working with enabling functions
- →Participate in Sales initiatives including new product roll-outs and case studies
- →Consult on commercial process improvements to enhance sales and time-to-revenue processes
Requirements
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and account management capabilities
- ✓Experience managing revenue, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunity pipelines
- ✓Ability to structure complex commercial deals
- ✓Knowledge of compliance and risk processes
- ✓Experience working with data analytics and customer support functions
- ✓Ability to drive business growth and meet financial targets
- ✓Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- ✓Experience with Visa’s Money Movement capabilities is a plus
