About the Role
Customer Success Specialist is a critical role within Rubrik's Customer Success Organization. This position focuses on driving customer retention and adoption of Rubrik’s SaaS products and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the trusted advisor for Rubrik’s enterprise customers, focusing on product activation and adoption
- →Demonstrate thorough understanding of Rubrik’s products and technology solution
- →Provide technical and functional demonstrations to customers and address challenges
- →Leverage insights from products and customer behavior analytics to identify churn and consumption risk
- →Deliver product tours and support process walkthroughs during customer onboarding
- →Document all customer interaction details effectively
- →Facilitate product updates, upgrades, and roadmap discussions aligned with customer business objectives
- →Engage Support and Engineering teams to ensure optimal Rubrik experience
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in CSM/Account Management or Customer Facing Support Management
- ✓Experience with Cloud Based/SaaS customer management preferred
- ✓Excellent communication, listening, and articulation skills
- ✓Hands-on experience in data analysis on product usage/consumption
- ✓Strong technical background in Networking, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Cloud solutions (S3, Azure), and Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V)
- ✓Proven ability to partner successfully with multiple teams and customers
