About the Role
Rubrik is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their elite sales organization in Singapore. This role is crucial to Rubrik's go-to-market strategy, focusing on building the ASEAN SDR team and protecting the world's data against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify high-potential customers and generate new business meetings
- →Conduct outbound and inbound activities for enterprise customer prospecting
- →Follow up on inbound leads and maintain compliance metrics
- →Collaborate with field sales team to develop strategies for new accounts
- →Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- →Utilize Salesforce and Outreach software for lead and sales management
- →Own sales targets and report results to stakeholders
- →Participate in team pitch competitions and training programs
- →Receive ongoing coaching and development
- →Work in-office 2-3 days a week for active coaching and peer camaraderie
Requirements
- ✓More than 2 years of sales-oriented work, B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation experience
- ✓ASEAN experience, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines
- ✓Exposure to customer service experience
- ✓Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- ✓Desire for a successful career in sales/business development
- ✓Professional written and verbal communication skills
