About the Role
We are looking for an intern to join our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team at Rubrik. This role is crucial to our go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline engine, focusing on securing the world’s data through Zero Trust Data Security.
Key Responsibilities
- →Receive an elite 2-week onboarding program focused on selling skills
- →Identify high-potential customers and generate high-quality new business meetings
- →Responsible for outbound/inbound activities (50-100 dials daily) for enterprise customer prospecting
- →Follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing
- →Collaborate with field sales and develop strategies for breaking into new accounts
- →Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- →Be an expert on Rubrik’s services and how we help customers
- →Use Salesforce & Salesloft software to manage leads and sales activities
- →Develop sales skills through team pitch competitions, boot camps, and training
- →Receive ongoing coaching and development
Requirements
- ✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in professional sales
- ✓Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
- ✓Available to work full-time for a 10-week program with a June start date
- ✓Available to work in-office 4 days a week in Austin, TX for 10 weeks
- ✓Team player with a proactive and growth mindset
- ✓Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- ✓Desire for a successful career in sales/business development
