About the Role

Rubrik is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across Security & Identity business, focusing on Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions. This high-impact role requires a leader who can navigate complexity and bridge strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with senior leaders to define and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities
→Lead organization design, workforce planning, and operating model evolution
→Design and deploy leadership development interventions
→Shape critical talent decisions and implement talent strategies
→Lead HR strategy across the full M&A lifecycle
→Lead enterprise and business-specific change initiatives
→Design and implement global HR programs
→Leverage analytics to diagnose organizational health

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field with 10+ years of progressive HR experience
✓3+ years of HR business partner experience
✓Proven experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations
✓Experience leading full M&A lifecycle
✓Strong business acumen and analytical rigor
✓Ability to operate effectively across regions and cultures
