About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to join our Talent Development & Inclusion team at Rubrik. This high-visibility role focuses on designing and delivering impactful talent development solutions that drive measurable business value and foster continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive our global performance management approach, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading workstreams on manager enablement, communications, and technology optimization.
- βCreate engaging learning experiences on power skills for both individual contributors and people leaders.
- βImplement and optimize AI capabilities to revolutionize performance and learning.
- βOwn the New Hire Orientation (NHO) for North America, facilitating bi-weekly sessions.
- βLead the end-to-end logistics and production for Development Week and Quarterly Development Days in North America.
- βLead engaging, interactive sessions that inspire action and lasting behavior change.
- βMeasure program effectiveness and use data to evaluate ROI.
Requirements
- βCommunication excellence and relationship building skills.
- βInstructional design expertise with a strong grasp of adult learning principles.
- βProgram management experience with cross-functional teams.
- βStrategic thinking to translate complex business needs into development solutions.
- βTechnical proficiency with LMS (ideally Docebo) and training tools.
- βBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- β5+ years of experience in talent development or related role.
