About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at SafetyCulture. You will drive success across strategic Enterprise customers, acting as their primary partner and advocate to ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead the success of a portfolio of strategic Enterprise customers
- →Build deep relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- →Drive customer adoption, value realization, and measurable outcomes
- →Proactively manage retention and renewal outcomes
- →Identify and progress expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales
- →Use data, insights, and industry benchmarks to demonstrate ROI
- →Bring the voice of the customer into SafetyCulture
- →Contribute to the creation of enterprise and industry-specific playbooks
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing large, strategic Enterprise accounts
- ✓Comfortable engaging and influencing at senior executive and C-suite level
- ✓Strong commercial acumen, with experience driving retention, renewals, and expansion
- ✓Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- ✓Confident communicator and presenter
- ✓Curious, adaptable, and quick to develop deep understanding of new industries
- ✓Proactive and outcomes driven, thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment
