About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead the development and evolution of customer advocacy initiatives for Samsara in Mexico. This role focuses on building and scaling programs that foster meaningful customer relationships and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive go-to-market impact through customer advocacy by integrating compelling customer stories into campaigns and events
→Build and deepen advocate relationships through storytelling, speaking, and recognition opportunities
→Own the customer voice end to end by identifying and scaling high-impact customer stories across marketing channels
→Scale customer advocacy programs such as customer speakers, references, awards, and advisory boards
→Support flagship events by driving customer storytelling and speaker recruitment
→Operationalize and measure impact by building workflows and tools to scale customer marketing programs
→Create high-impact customer content by partnering with Content and Comms teams
→Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in marketing or customer success roles
✓Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
✓Demonstrated ability to own strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional programs
✓Proven strength in building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
✓Strong customer-first orientation with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations
✓Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
✓Highly organized and execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
✓Results-driven and analytical with experience defining success metrics
✓Self-directed operator who demonstrates ownership and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment
