About the Role
Samsara is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to ensure operational excellence across their Deal Support organization. This role involves building, implementing, and maintaining a quality program to support the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of deal lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process Auditing: Observe and audit deal-related interactions and workflows across various internal systems
- →Quality Assurance & Coaching: Utilize best practices and a standardized rubric to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service
- →Insight & Analysis: Analyze quality data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools
- →Program Support: Support the Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing and designing agile monitoring forms
- →Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners in Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems teams to improve processes
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations
- ✓Experience in designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for continuous process improvement
