About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Strategy to join Saviynt's Strategy team. This role will drive Saviynt’s market position through analyst relations, competitive intelligence, and industry standards. You will lead a team and leverage your deep market knowledge in identity and access management to inform strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Saviynt’s industry strategy team, managing all operations, P&L, invoicing, planning, and performance management.
→Research, write, and present identity and access management content, providing actionable recommendations for field teams, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
→Drive and manage all industry strategy content for assigned market segments, ensuring Saviynt’s story is accurately positioned.
→Establish and lead a Competitive Intelligence program, delivering analysis and competitive sales enablement tools.
→Author, edit, and publish high-impact thought leadership reports and industry position papers.
→Deliver presentations, including keynote speaking at internal and external events.
→Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and drive go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

✓10-17 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence in cybersecurity or identity and access management.
✓Proven experience as a subject matter expert in identity and access management.
✓Proven experience as a team leader or manager.
✓Demonstrated ability to write and publish in-depth reports and strategic content.
✓Strong presentation and public speaking skills with keynote experience.
✓Experience driving large initiatives from framing the problem to execution.
✓Strong leadership and excellent written/verbal communications skills.
✓Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✓Master of Business Administration strongly preferred.
✓Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
