About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join SEEK’s team. This role focuses on relationship development and revenue growth for Mid-Market Recruiter Accounts across NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be responsible for the client’s product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution.
- →Develop and execute growth sales tactics and strategies, including evolving SEEK’s value proposition for this customer tier.
- →Deliver recruiter segment goals and targets across product adoption, revenue growth, client thought leadership events and customer experience metrics.
- →Understand the competitor landscape and direction, feeding this back through voice of customer initiatives.
- →Identify opportunities to develop and grow revenue throughout, seeking to improve the client experience.
- →Drive quarterly portfolio plans to ensure achievement of all quarterly targets and KPIs.
- →Maintain and update company CRM system with all sales activities and company details.
- →Undertake customer research to lead to a solution engagement plan, regularly kept up to date.
- →Solution development for each of these customers, providing feedback into SEEK’s product and strategy team where customisation is needed.
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in account management within the recruitment industry.
- ✓Strong understanding of the competitor landscape and market trends.
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- ✓Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales activities tracking.
