About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee product operations and communications management. This role involves tracking headcount, managing budgets, and driving internal communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Track and manage Product Operations headcount
→Manage and maintain budgets, gather inputs from leadership, and orchestrate department-level reporting with Finance
→Manage Priority QBR cadence, accompanying deliverables, and drive consistency of reporting
→Assist in organizing strategy and planning sessions and deliverables
→Manage office and space planning requirements
→Engage and connect with other operations managers in UTG and beyond as required
→Be a thought-leader and influencer creating clarity out of ambiguity
→Provide guidance to establish a culture of best practices and operational excellence
→Drive and evolve plans for internal employee communications
→Implement innovative communications that enhance ServiceNow’s purpose and culture
→Produce creative newsletters, All Hands decks, and other content
→Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations and communications
→Moderate social channels and create engaging digital moments
→Coordinate and advise leadership team involvement in internal events
→Leverage listening tools, analyze insights, and iterate plans and messaging

Requirements
