About the Role

We are seeking a Business Transformation Solution Architect to join our Customer Excellence Group (CEG). This role is critical in helping customers realize maximum value from their ServiceNow platform investments by providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning ServiceNow capabilities with their business priorities
→Design and deliver tailored Success and Advisory solutions to ensure adoption and value realization
→Guide executive sponsors on governance, change management, and value measurement frameworks
→Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams for seamless customer journeys
→Build internal capability and maturity for customers to sustain transformation outcomes
→Lead cross-functional engagement across complex business transformation opportunities
→Develop internal engagement plans and campaigns with sales and go-to-market organizations
→Understand customer needs and use cases to influence positive customer sentiment
→Champion enablement activities for CEG introduction and evolution
→Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to provide insights and updates
→Deliver high-quality sales enablement content focused on customer value
→Support talent acquisition and enablement for key CEG members
→Develop best practices assets and sales plays for customer and partner adoption
→Support strategic engagements and BVA generation for CEG
→Refine strategies for ServiceNow Impact penetration in top customers
→Partner with Delivery to inform CEG product strategy
→Work with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to inform product strategy
→Develop customer references and spotlights
→Build customer relationships and become a trusted product expert
→Establish strong c-suite relationships to inform product evolution
→Lead cross-functional teams and provide thought leadership on advisory offerings

Requirements

✓Proven digital transformation leadership with pre-sale and post-sale experience

✓GTM expertise and proven transformation experience
