About the Role
We are looking for a Data & Program Manager to drive operational excellence, analytics, and program execution across the EMEA region. This high-visibility role will partner closely with the Chief of Staff to bring structure to complex workstreams and build trusted reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain executive scorecards and dashboards for the EMEA President
- →Develop comprehensive scorecard frameworks with key performance indicators
- →Build scalable systems that consolidate data across teams
- →Transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence
- →Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Business Intelligence, Strategy and Finance
- →Establish monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- →Produce ad-hoc scorecards and analytical deep-dives
- →Work with the COS on preparing the core President’s Office cadences
- →Manage collaboration hubs and keep information organized
- →Track actions, risks, and milestones across key workstreams
- →Support planning and execution of major regional events
- →Support strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- ✓Proven ability to design, build, and maintain executive dashboards
- ✓Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
- ✓Strong data storytelling skills
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages
- ✓Understanding of data governance principles
- ✓Skilled in structuring workstreams, managing deadlines, and driving accountability
- ✓Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
- ✓Anticipates needs, flags risks, and seeks clarity early
- ✓High discretion, composure, and quality standards
- ✓Ability to operate in an executive environment with a global mindset
