About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Bosch team in North Dakota. This role involves working directly with users and distribution partners to sell new products and meet annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with users on the job site, tool crib, and collaborate with distribution partners to sell new products
- →Engage directly with users to understand their needs and become a product and application expert
- →Execute events at dealers, job sites, and local trade unions to drive Bosch brand insistence
- →Work with distributor outside sales representatives in the tool crib and on-site
- →Execute local events at job sites and with dealer partners
- →Use CRM daily to drive effective business development through data management
- →Manage budget and customer complaints
- →Promote sales of products and maintain forecasts
- →Measure performance of promotional and new product activity
- →Report sales activities and opportunities to management
Requirements
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
- ✓Strong understanding of product applications and sales techniques
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and data management
