About the Role
We are looking for a technical presales professional specializing in data platform and integration. This role will focus on driving innovative solutions around ServiceNow’s data platform, enabling business impact through NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a technical advisor and advocate for ServiceNow’s data products to business and technical stakeholders
- →Lead technical discovery sessions to understand complex data challenges and translate them into effective ServiceNow-based solutions
- →Develop robust architectures that leverage ServiceNow’s data platform for data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and actionable insights
- →Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project execution
- →Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through close, driving sales targets with tailored data integration-focused solutions
- →Maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s data portfolio and stay informed of industry trends in data engineering
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of the data domain and experience with data platforms
- ✓Strong technical background in database, data catalog, governance, and integrated data solutions
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow’s data products including Workflow Data Fabric, RaptorDB, NowAssist, and Agentic AI
- ✓Ability to develop compelling solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in presales or solution consulting roles
