We are looking for a Success Advocate to act as an advocate for our customers. This role focuses on helping customers achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption of ServiceNow products.
Key Responsibilities
- βOversee the engagement and outcomes for customers in your portfolio
- βEnsure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
- βLeverage existing Success Plays to assist customers, but also assist new Success Plays
- βWork with customers to create new use case/success stories
- βEnsure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment
- βGuide other ServiceNow teams to address customer issues
- βOversee projects identified by leaders
- βEnsure any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem
