About the Role
ServiceNow's Security Operations (SecOps) Business Unit is at the forefront of AI-powered security innovation. As our AI security business continues its rapid growth, we're expanding our product management team to drive the next generation of AI-to-AI security integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead product strategy for AI-to-AI security integrations that support ServiceNow's growth
- →Own the AI product roadmap for security incident response and vulnerability management integrations
- →Partner directly with external stakeholders in regular strategic meetings
- →Communicate priorities clearly and build alignment across engineering, design, and partner teams
- →Translate complex AI and security workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
- →Incorporate customer research, usability insights, and market analysis into product decisions
- →Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, leadership, and partner ecosystems
- →Work closely with SecOps engineering to deliver scalable integrations and AI-enhanced incident response workflows
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading product strategy for AI security solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of security incident response and vulnerability management
- ✓Ability to transform complex technical requirements into customer-centric solutions
- ✓Experience working with third-party AI systems and security vendors
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
