Key Responsibilities
- →Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of TripleSeat and Salesforce
- →Build meaningful relationships and work cross-functionally within the SF Giants organization
- →Organize and prioritize a variety of concurrent efforts
- →Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows
- →Assess new configuration opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- →Drive a culture centered on data entry integrity
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred
- ✓Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex business processes
- ✓Strong analytical mind and quick study in learning new technology capabilities
- ✓Experience with TripleSeat and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
- ✓Exposure to SQL-based databases; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data warehouse solution is a plus
- ✓Experience with visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau
- ✓Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other resources that aid in analytic work
