Key Responsibilities
- →Manage global programs for successful implementation and delivery of diverse client-specific projects
- →Prepare and maintain global key account client plans according to global agreements
- →Communicate contract requirements to Business Assurance Business Managers and operational teams
- →Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve organic growth targets within existing global key accounts
- →Report performance and outcomes of SGS services delivered
- →Identify new business opportunities and qualify them
- →Implement client development strategies within BA’s services
- →Achieve or exceed sales targets issued by GKAM Team Leader
- →Work in cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor program elements
- →Function as the advocate for global key accounts within the SGS network
- →Identify and mitigate risks relating to performance and client expectations
- →Manage customer expectations and contribute to high customer satisfaction
- →Conduct annual business reviews with global key accounts
- →Monitor customer, market and competitor activity
- →Conduct annual re-evaluation of prices and renew existing global agreements
- →Report all sales activities on the CRM sales pipeline
- →Travel for in-person meetings with customers when required
- →Operate according to the SGS Code of Integrity
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in global account management
- ✓Strong understanding of Business Assurance services
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- ✓Experience with CRM systems
- ✓Knowledge of sustainability assurance, medical devices regulatory compliance, and digital trust assurance
- ✓Ability to travel for client meetings
- ✓Commitment to ethical standards
