About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join Shield AI's Applications team within Software Integration & Operations. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust applications that directly enable manufacturing, operational planning, and execution within a Foundry-integrated ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute the development and release of Foundry-backed applications that power MES, ERP, and operational analytics.
- →Develop end-to-end features: From backend services and data transformations to user-facing interfaces — ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.
- →Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and supply chain teams to understand workflows and deliver scalable software solutions.
- →Leverage Palantir Foundry: Use Foundry’s APIs, ontology, and visualization tools to integrate data across multiple domains.
- →Deliver continuously: Write well-tested, maintainable code and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
- →Shape the roadmap: Contribute to technical direction, make sound architecture decisions, and help scale our Foundry development capabilities.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in full-stack application development with proven ownership of deployed solutions.
- ✓Hands-on experience designing and operating Python data-processing pipelines with pandas, NumPy, Dask, and PySpark.
- ✓Strong skills in data modeling, working with large datasets, and building analytical workflows.
- ✓Solid foundation in software design, testing, and documentation.
- ✓Ability to deliver complex projects independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
