About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join ShopBack, a global cashback platform serving over 50 million users. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize visibility and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and challenges across all business units for app, website, CRM, and paid/owned external channels.
→Ensure all campaign assets, content, and deals are uploaded accurately and on time.
→Support onsite scheduling and placement of marketing assets to maximize visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team.
→Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
→Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from Commercial, Sales Ops, GDs to align strategies and execution.
→Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
→Support partnership initiatives and cross-market coordination when required.
→Support daily marketing operations coordination and maintain internal documentation, trackers, and schedules.
→Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
→Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Requirements

✓1+ year of relevant experience in marketing or operations, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
✓Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
✓Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
✓Strong communication and project management skills.
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
✓Able to support ANZ time zone.
