About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join The Bash, part of The Knot Worldwide family. This role focuses on creating content, emails, messaging, social posts, and communications that meet the needs of vendors, the brand, and users.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop the strategy and execution for B2B content, including blogs, emails, webinars, videos, newsletters, and other resources that help to drive new prospects and improve member education & retention
→Create, write, and track call-to-action emails, promotional email campaigns, and email workflows to drive results, KPIs, and revenue
→Work closely with the Sales Team to provide talking points, sales scripts, value props, sell sheets, and more to help close leads to paying vendors
→Create clear marketing hooks and value props for products and services and turn those into effective marketing materials, FAQs, and more
→Assist with lead generation initiatives, including brainstorming new ads, copy, and audiences with the paid social & SEM team
→Write clear, concise, and compelling copy and communications for internal and external talking points for vendors and party planners
→Leverage editorial content for B2C social marketing and vendor spotlights for B2B marketing

Requirements

✓Minimum of 5 years experience in content marketing and/or communications
✓Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to write for and connect with small business owners
✓Detail-oriented, with high standards for brand, messaging, quality, and consistency of content
✓High-performing self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✓Strategic, creative thinker with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility and adaptability
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface across multiple departments
✓Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
✓Experience with Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and Instagram ads
✓Experience in email marketing and marketing automation preferred (HubSpot a major plus)
✓Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
✓Demonstrated track record of using communications to achieve specific goals
✓Capacity to juggle multiple priorities for various stakeholders effectively within a fast-paced environment
✓Experience in Social Media & Content Creation: Hands-on experience in developing social media content across platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook to engage a consumer-focused audience.
