As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

β’ Serve as the primary SME for the marketing tech stack, proactively sourcing and implementing new solutions (e.g., referral/partner platforms) to solve business bottlenecks.
β’ Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Web/Engineering, and RevOps to eliminate execution friction and accelerate campaign velocity.
β’ Design and own technical tracking frameworks for major multi-channel initiatives, ensuring accurate attribution for high-stakes programs like SEMA or direct mail.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
β’ 5+ years in Marketing/RevOps, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

β’ Experience sourcing, vetting, and fully deploying new MarTech solutions (e.g., Partner/Referral platforms).
β’ A "figure-it-out" operator who can diagnose and fix execution bottlenecks without constant developer support.
