About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to provide day-to-day operational management for CMC development programs. This role works closely with the CMC Program Leader to drive execution, communication, and accountability across various functions in biopharmaceutical development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead day-to-day operational management of CMC development activities in an outsourced environment
- →Apply technical judgment to build robust plans, anticipate risks, and manage deviations
- →Build integrated CMC project plans and track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- →Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalate issues
- →Coordinate execution across internal technical teams and external partners
- →Support identification, tracking, and communication of CMC program risks
- →Maintain risk registers, contingency plans, and decision logs
- →Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners
- →Prepare and maintain project dashboards, timelines, and progress reports
- →Support contract-related activities and track budgets, invoices, and spend
- →Apply project management best practices to improve efficiency and visibility of CMC execution
Requirements
- ✓Biopharmaceutical industry experience through CMC technical roles with project management responsibility
- ✓Deep understanding of CMC development processes
- ✓Strong project management and coordination skills
- ✓Technical judgment and ability to build robust plans
- ✓Experience with risk management and issue resolution
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
