About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist and Business Partner to join our team at Sift. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on HR generalist and operations work, focusing on building and improving programs that make Sift a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a primary People Business Partner for assigned functions, building strong relationships with leaders and managers.
→Coach leaders and managers on feedback, development, performance, and difficult conversations.
→Create, maintain, and improve People Ops templates, documentation, workflows, and playbooks.
→Maintain employee data, systems, documentation, and processes with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
→Support periodic and ongoing compliance tracking and reporting.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations roles, preferably at a technology company.
✓Experience working with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
✓Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
✓Solid knowledge of HR Practices, Federal & State employment laws.
✓Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
✓Self-driven with a proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
