About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding team at SiteMinder. This role involves training APAC customers on SiteMinder's hotel commerce platform to ensure they can effectively use the products and benefit from all features.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify customer requirements and identify appropriate setup requirements
- →Deliver high-standard customer training via telephone, Skype, or face-to-face communication
- →Communicate SiteMinder's support procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- →Take ownership of customer problems and resolve issues before they become conflicts
- →Manage daily caseloads effectively, ensuring customers progress through the onboarding lifecycle
- →Establish and meet customer expectations, individual KPIs, and team SLAs
- →Demonstrate commitment to team goals and objectives
Requirements
- ✓Experience working within an SLA and KPI-driven environment
- ✓Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
- ✓Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- ✓Self-starter with a passion for providing positive customer experiences
- ✓Experience with video conferencing tools like Skype
