About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our high-functioning team at Sitetracker. This role will directly impact customer retention and growth by demonstrating tangible value and ROI across a diverse client portfolio in the US region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive strategic change across a diverse client portfolio
- →Conduct business discussions, negotiations, and strategic conversations

Requirements
- ✓Manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise and Regional accounts
- ✓Create and execute impactful account and success plans
- ✓Drive renewal of six-figure and ideally seven-figure contracts
- ✓Proactively map out territory and anticipate issues
- ✓Pursue early and multi-year renewals autonomously
- ✓Foster deep customer relationships through high-touch engagement
- ✓Engage effectively at all levels of a business
- ✓Create and deliver compelling content for executive audiences
- ✓Identify quick wins to improve user adoption and client satisfaction
- ✓Build strong relationships with Business Sponsors and Economic Buyers
- ✓Identify, demonstrate, and achieve quantifiable business value
- ✓Articulate how value aligns with customer objectives
- ✓Create jointly-owned success plans with customers
- ✓Build out Success Stories and collaborate with Marketing
- ✓Generate public endorsements from clients
- ✓Have experience in technically focused positions
- ✓Demonstrate, configure, or customize tools and platforms
- ✓Proficient in modern office suites and reporting capabilities
- ✓Articulate complex technical problems and devise solutions
- ✓Within 90 Days
- ✓Create and initiate success & account plans for assigned portfolio
