About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to enhance our Solutions Consulting team's throughput and deliver high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs). This role involves engaging in critical customer conversations, articulating the value of our Services organization, and crafting commercially viable SOWs that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Extend the capacity of the Solutions Consulting team by developing crucial deal deliverables
- →Lead smaller scoping engagements for global prospects independently
- →Translate complex customer needs into actionable, commercially sound service proposals
- →Manage responsibilities across multiple deal cycles and customer engagements
- →Drive initiatives with minimal oversight
Requirements
- ✓Strong evidence of successfully selling professional services within a software environment
- ✓Ability to discern true customer needs and translate unspoken requirements into actionable solutions
- ✓Experience working within a SaaS company or as a SaaS System Integrator
- ✓Track record of successfully selling and scoping services engagements
- ✓Ability to articulate the impact of solution decisions on project timelines
- ✓Within 90 Days
- ✓Obtain comprehensive product and operational business knowledge
- ✓Provide direct support to Solution Consulting peers by developing SOW drafts
- ✓Lead initial scope discussions with Sitetracker prospects
- ✓Within 180 Days
- ✓Consistently lead and close scoping engagements for EMEA prospects
- ✓Develop high-quality SOWs and strategic presentations
- ✓Identify and implement process improvements in deal deliverable creation
- ✓Within 365 Days
- ✓Expand SC sales support capacity across EMEA
- ✓Drive a global reduction in average turnaround times for core SC deal deliverables
- ✓Forge strong internal partnerships and mentor peers
